The CerVolan is situated in the heart of Savoie, once home to the Winter Olympics. This extraordinary setting, between lake and mountains, is only a few kilometres from the town of Aix les Bains.

For those who love the mountains, the forests and pastures of the huge Revard mountain plateau(altitude 1550m) provide sporting, hiking and mountain-biking facilities. The mountain can also be enjoyed by car, on horseback or by hand-glider.

And in Winter it is transformed into the largest cross-country skiing area in France.
For those interested in local history and culture, the region has many riches to offer, such as Hautecombe Abbey, a masterpiece of gothic architecture. The nearby town of Chambéry, with its art and history, is full of treasures waiting to be discovered – such as the Chateau of the Dukes of Savoie. Only 500m from Chambéry-Aix les Bains airport, at the crossroads between Lyon, Marseilles, Paris and Geneva, the CerVolan is the ideal stopping point on the way to the Alps’ most famous ski resorts.

A pleasant surprise lies behind the façade- 3 hectars of grounds with century-old trees. An unexpected haven of tranquillity. Enjoy lunch by day on the shady terrace, or dinner in the evening in an enchanting setting illuminated by flickering lights.
